Find a place you are comfortable in. Somewhere quiet if possible.
Music may be played. Something with a slow rhythm, drumming etc.
If you choose to stand, stand with your feet about 12 inches apart, arms down at your sides, palms facing forward or upwards. If you choose to sit, sit with your feet in front of you uncrossed, hands in your lap, palms up. Visualize the energy from the earth coming slowly up from your feet, through your legs, upthrough your whole body and chakras. Let the energy spread.
